Amthal Fire & Security has again pledged its support to its dedicated apprenticeship programme, welcoming three new appointments to the team.
The independently owned fire and security specialist has committed to an annual apprenticeship programme for over a decade and now welcomes Tyler Mason, Nathan Beedell and Ben Hicks to the company.
The three apprentices have already been allocated an overall mentor and will soon be selecting their roles within fire or security sectors and then specialising in either service or installation to work towards the associated accredited qualification.
Says Jamie Allam, Commercial Director of Amthal Fire & Security: “We have invested in apprentices for over ten years and it has always proven its value. It’s something we pledge to continue as we grow our business and would wholeheartedly recommend to other businesses seeking to support new talent and grow.
“We are therefore delighted to welcome Tyler, Nathan and Ben to Amthal, and look forward to them embracing a position within the company and taking forward their roles. We hope this will be to develop a personal sense of achievement to work towards their chosen qualifications and also for the company to be open to new ideas and ways of working.“
