We constantly review our installs and offerings for all our clients as a matter of course to ensure they are protected to the highest level and fulfilling all legal duties as and where required.

With our service & maintenance contracts we aim to ensure the highest levels of protection and are preserved for overall protection when you most need it. Through preventative service visits we minimise the opportunity of equipment failure and therefore minimise system downtime.
Amthal offer a dedicated office based service to ensure our engineers and team as a whole is available 24 / 7 / 365 to our customers for a quick and efficient priority response service. Providing National UK and Ireland coverage to a wide variety of home and business applications.
Amthal has tried and tested processes for taking over multiple sites across the UK whilst ensuring security is not compromised at any point during the process. All we require from you is a letter of authority to your current supplier and Amthal's dedicated team will take care of the rest. Choosing Amthal as you sole supplier for all your electronic fire and security needs ensures a consistent pricing structure and high level of customer service.
Our managed national network of experienced specialist service providers (SSP) are accredited by the SSAIB and NSI (UKAS) and approved by all insurance companies and police forces. This unique pre-approval process ensures a consistently high level of service at all times.
Our care and attention to every individual customer also extends to providing a dedicated single point of contact to ensure we can maintain our values and continue to deliver an exceptional level of customer services on a national level.

As a guiding principle, Amthal Fire & Security offers two levels of service agreements for our maintenance services:
Standard Service Agreements
The standard service package includes scheduled preventative service visits as required within the European installation standard, to regularly inspect and complete routine services ensuring the effective operation of your system.
The frequency of preventative service depends on the system type and grade. Typically standard systems are inspected annually and twice yearly for all monitored security systems and fire systems.
Also included within the service agreement is priority access to our 24 hour emergency service. This includes access to our 24 hour help line and a discounted labour rate should you require emergency site attendance or planned installations. Parts and discounted labour are chargeable under the standard service contract.
Comprehensive Service Agreements
The comprehensive service package includes scheduled preventative service visits, as required within the European installation standard, to regularly inspect and complete routine services ensuring the effective operation of your system.
The frequency of preventative services depends on the system type and grade. Typically standard systems are inspected annually and twice yearly for all monitored security systems and fire systems.
Also included within the comprehensive service agreement is priority access to our 24 hour emergency service. This includes access to our 24 hour help line and all inclusive parts and labour should you require emergency on site attendance. (Providing damage is not caused by client, third party or act of god.)
