Security System Maintenance Contracts
Preventative maintenance is a requirement of the European
Standard EN50131:1-7, the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection
Board code of practice and essential to ensure your electronic
security system will work effectively when it's most
required. Under the SSAIB Amthal's Maintenance Contract
customers receive priority response for all site and telephone
support 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Without professional help and advice even a minor fault can
cause a major problem. With our maintenance contracts we aim
to ensure the highest levels of protection are preserved and you're
always protected when you most need it. Through preventative
maintenance we minimise the opportunity for equipment failure and
therefore minimise system downtime. For peace of mind Amthal
contract customers have priority access to our 24 hour 365 days a
year on site and telephone support service.
We offer a range of standard contracts, however should you
require a tailored solution we will be happy to discuss any
specific requirements you may have.
Standard Maintenance
The standard maintenance package includes, scheduled
preventative maintenance visits, as required within the European
installation standard, to regularly inspect and complete routine
maintenance ensuring the effective operation of your
system. The frequency of preventative maintenance depend on
the system type and grade, typically standard systems are
inspected annually and twice yearly for all monitored
security systems and all fire systems.
Also included within the standard maintenance contract is
priority access to our 24 hour emergency service. This
includes access to our 24 hour help line and a discounted
labour rate should you require emergency site attendance or planned
installations. Parts and discounted labour are chargeable
under the standard Maintenance contract.
Comprehensive Maintenance
The comprehensive maintenance package includes, scheduled
preventative maintenance visits, as required within the European
installation standard, to regularly inspect and complete routine
maintenance ensuring the effective operation of your
system. The frequency of preventative maintenance depend on
the system type and grade, typically standard systems are
inspected annually and twice yearly for all monitored
security systems and all fire systems.
Also included within the comprehensive maintenance contract is
priority access to our 24 hour emergency service. This
includes access to our 24 hour help line and all inclusive parts
and labour should you require emergency on site attendance.
