Moreover, our risk assessment surveys and all our installation and maintenance services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of European Standard EN 50131 and other applicable legislation and regulations. These include in particular the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), which has had considerable impact on public access premises, and DD243:2004, which defines how a system can be armed and disarmed to minimise false activation incidents.
