John Coyle, Construction Director
Essex Police would like to thank you
and your company for your invaluable assistance in obtaining the
CCTV footage from The Chequers Public House at Woolmer Green during
our investigation into the sad death of two young men tragically
killed in a Road Traffic Collision near to that establishment in
November 2012.
During the investigation we have called
upon your company to assist us with downloading of the CCTV on
several occasions, this has always been undertaken professionally
and within a short time scale. Please accept my sincere
thanks; I hope our demands have not inconvenienced you or your
staff.
Rachel Nolan - Chief Inspector
I must say I have been completely impressed with the way your
company operates and totally impressed by Reese (and your other
operatives that have visited the site) and his attitude towards his
work. I will most defiantly be asking that we work together on
forthcoming projects.
Sean Reilly, Site Manager, Overbury

dealings with have been very friendly, helpful and

I have been asked if I would provide a reference in respect of
Amthal Fire & Security, which I am more than happy to do.
We are a very large NHS Trust and have used the company for
eight years now to provide our CCTV and Access Control
requirements. During this current year, they have undertaken at
least £75k worth of installations across the trust and provided
maintenance support to all security equipment installed. Their
response times to requests are extremely prompt, and where required
will attend within hours to our clinical areas, we rarely have to
wait more than 24 hours for any 'non-urgent' requests.
We are fortunate to have a very close liaison with the company
who provide us with an excellent service from initial survey and
assessment right through to completion of any project and then the
added aftercare provision for maintenance. The standard of work is
extremely high and the engineering staff who undertake the
installations do so with care and professionalism, often having to
undertake installations in 'live' clinical areas where greater
consideration towards staff and patients has to be paramount.
I reviewed a number of Security Companies profiles prior to
selecting Amthal as our security provider without the primary
consideration for cost, although being fair to Amthal their costs
are very competitive, the main over-riding consideration in
retaining Amthal is the standard of service that the company
provide, which for us has been extremely high. We will continue to
work with Amthal for all our future security requirements.

I would like to pass on my grateful thanks to you for the
way that your company responded to a call for assistance yesterday
to investigate and repair a defective Entry System on our
Children's Ward, here at Stoke Mandeville. Although your company
were not the original installers of the equipment some amendments
have been carried out by yourselves. The original installing
company were called out to investigate the system but failed to
identify any specific fault or carry out a repair which ultimately
left the unit vulnerable. I initially contacted Richard Collette
who as always was extremely helpful and was ever mindful of the
urgency required in ensuring that the Children's Ward must be
secure. Within a short time he confirmed that you were able to send
an engineer to site. Your engineer, Phil Bryant arrived on site and
immediately set about the task of 'fault finding' which I had not
seen the other company engineer undertake in quite a methodical
way. I am pleased to say that Phil identified the problem and
rectified it to the delight of the Nursing Staff who had up until
then, had to supervise the insecure door. Phil even took the time
to fully explain what had gone wrong and what to look for in the
future should a similar fault occur. All in all, an excellent job
well done - many thanks for that! Please pass on my thanks to both
Richard and Phil for their assistance and I look forward to seeing
you again in the not too distant future.
